Retired since October 2020, Professor Jean-Marie Hauglustaine taught sciences related to the energy and environmental performance of buildings at the University of Liège. His EnergySuD (Energy and Sustainable Development) research team developed tools to help architects designing high-performance buildings. He continues professional activities as a practicing architect and energy auditor of condominiums.

Dragoș Arnăutu is an architect and leading expert in sustainable building design, working with the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt since 2012. His work spans international consulting and certification of Passive House projects, advancing energy efficiency standards across the globe. He also plays a key role in education and innovation, contributing to the development of designPH, one of the Institute’s powerful planning tools.

Architect. Lecturer in Advance Design and Senior researcher in energy efficiency in Buildings in the Université Libre de Bruxelles and Editorial Board leader and quality manager for the Build Up portal on energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings. 

With 30+ years in international cooperation, Stéphane is founder and CEO of ENERGIES 2050, a network and an association operating globally for 20+ years, tackling climate, energy, and socio-economic challenges through innovative projects in 70+ countries. Stéphane led 250+ international projects for a number of international and national institutions.
